Carl Boyer, owner and president of RSS has worked in the construction industry for 32 years. Starting in 1974 with Boyer Roofing. Carl holds a valid Florida commercial roofing license, along with a Louisiana roofing license.

RSS began as a company performing quality roofing, siding and exterior painting projects. Then, in 1999 Carl discovered the spray on radiant barrier product and became the first company to install it in Houston . RSS soon began to install insulation and offered a holistic approach to energy efficiency in structures with an attic. Carl developed the efficient attic concept and has trained other companies to do the same. RSS is the original company to approach efficiency from all three energy transfer modes. RSS serves Houston and its surrounding areas. Carl and his team look forward to assisting you in reducing your energy consumption.
